Kitties Needing Fur-ever homes

Some of our cats/kittens are in our small cattery in Glossop, others are in foster homes. You can arrange to meet any of them you are interested in. We ask for a donation of £80 for a kitten or £140 for two.

The adoption fee for an adult cat is £100. The adult cats will have been neutered, micro-chipped, flea treated and wormed. Kittens which leave the mother between 8 and 10 weeks will have been microchipped, flea treated and wormed. It will be up to the new owner to vaccinate and neuter when appropriate. Ongoing costs for new owners will be yearly vaccinations, treatments for fleas and worms throughout the year and any incidental vet visits. There is an adoption form to be completed and we carry out a home check as standard.

Godfrey.

Meet Godfrey. He was handed in to the Animal Trust in Failsworth in a poor state. He was found bleeding heavily from his mouth and they suspected he had been in a road traffic accident.

He is chipped but it was discovered that his owners moved away and had left Godfrey behind. Godfrey was X rayed and the damage wasn’t too bad. He needed some teeth removing, but it looks like he escaped any severe injuries. He has had all necessary tests and he is FIV positive. Cats with FIV can live long, healthy lives. They just need to be indoor cats and live as an only cat or with other FIV cats.

He is a very affectionate boy that rolls over for tummy strokes and is happy to be picked up and loved too.

Godfrey is neutered, flea/worm treated and micro chipped.

If you would like to meet Godfrey with a view to rehoming him, please message us.

Home checks will apply.
